When placing an order at Kicks Pro Scooters you agree to the terms and conditions defined within our store policies. We advise you to review our store policies prior to placing an order to acquaint yourself with your rights and obligations as a customer of Kicks Pro Scooters.

Shipping Policy

We strive to ship each order as fast as possible!

All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.

Return Policy

How To Return An Item

All returns must be reported to and approved by Kicks Pro Scooters within 14 days of receiving your merchandise.  The 14 day period begins when merchandise is delivered to buyers shipping address.  All returns must be received within 30 days of order date.  Returns received after 30 days will not be accepted.  All returns must contain the original receipt and a letter stating the reason for the return.   “Signature of Delivery” is a service offered by most carriers to insure your package arrives at its proper destination.  Kicks Pro Scooters is not responsible for any items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.

Return Exceptions

Your item must be in its original condition, unused and unmarked, to be returned. Returns will not be accepted for products that have been modified in any way such as cut or slit bars. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return.

Restocking Fee

Most items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund.  If the product is damaged, depending on condition, a 20% restocking/return fee may be applied.  We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.

Damaged Product Exceptions

All manufacturers defects must be reported within 7 days of receipt.  Kicks Pro Scooters will determine whether goods should be returned freight prepaid or by UPS call tag.  If necessary, replacement goods will be shipped upon receipt after inspection of return goods.

Product(s) damaged or shorted in transit (i.e. UPS, USPS …); require the receiving customer to notify the Transport Company and Kicks Pro Scooterss immediately. Receiving agent must show “in writing” any package received damaged or short, and file claim within twenty four hours. Package should be left as was received in the event that a freight company representative is dispatched to inspect damage. After said inspection, a claim number will be assigned, at which point Kicks Pro Scooters will ship the replacement product.

Holiday Extended Policy

Kicks Pro Scooters has implemented a special Return Policy just for Christmas.  Any purchase made between November 1st and December 24th is permitted 30 days to report a return.  The 30 day period begins Christmas Day, therefore, the last day to report a return would be accepted is January 25th.

Warranty Policy

All warranty claims must be submitted to the product manufacturer and are subject to their individual policies.

Any structural damage due to neglect or abuse will not be covered in any warranty. Natural wear and tear is not covered. Warranties are non-transferable. Please be aware that any shipping costs involved with returns will be the responsibility of the purchaser.  You may be required to provide proof of purchase and other information they require such as a picture of the defective product. In some cases they may ask you to ship the defective item to them for evaluation. Kicks Pro Scooters has no control over the manufacturers' policies.

Sales Tax

Kicks Pro Scooters charges 6% sales tax on all items ordered on our website that are shipped to a location within the state of Idaho.  

Privacy Policy

This policy covers how we use your personal information. We take your privacy SERIOUSLY and will take all measures to protect your personal information. 

What Information Do We Collect?

We only collect information that we need that is related to your order. This includes your:
Billing Address
Shipping Address
Email Address 
Credit Card Information

In addition we also collect information on your IP address, browser type, and Refer URL data. We use this data to prevent hacking attempts, help us know what web browsers people are using, and find out where our visitors are coming from so that we can improve our marketing. 

How Is My Information Used?

Your information is only used to fill your order. We do not sell or redistribute your information to ANYONE.

Security and Storage

Only your order data billing, shipping, and order contents data is stored on our server. This information is encrypted using a Secure Sockets Layer before it is transmitted over a web server. We do not store your Credit Card data. 

Cookies and Browser Information 

Cookies are small files that reside on your computer and allow us to recognize you on your next visit or store your shopping cart contents. We use them only to track this information. 

Payment Policy

Kicks Pro Scooters only accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover and PayPal.  Check and money orders are not accepted for online transactions.   Buyer is required to provide correct billing address and security code to process an online purchase.  Buyer may enter a separate billing and shipping address if needed.  Kicks Pro Scooters does not ship outside of the Continental United States.  

Your credit card will be charged when you place your order. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
